id do 48:9 if fullscreen was limited to the primary third

>using more than 1 regular screen

i've used both setups but i'm on a very large single screen atm

i think i still prefer the dual setup but i'm enjoying the single monitor experience

Both.

multiple 16:10 or 4:3 screens any day of the week

How big?

>know your meme

Why not dual ultrawide?

UW is comfy.

32"

>not using the original
just lmao

Single 40 inch screen + laptop on laps as notepad and keyboard.

Imagine being this new you don't remember where the filename originated from

Why not triple?

One big screen is better. Multiple monitors are a gimmick unless your job directly benefits from it. People that watch a show while listening to some podcast when playing a game are just retards giving themselves ADHD.

I use a single 34" 3440x1440 120hz screen and it's perfect.

>I use a single 34" 3440x1440 120hz screen and it's perfect.

Which one? Sounds good

dell aw3418dw

Why not less than half

Only proper choice is a 4k 55" tv

ultrawide dual screens

Which one is your keyboard?

>still uses CRTshit
>broken desk
poorfag confirmed.

>drum stool
I guess that you spend most your money on your instruments, and recording?

Good question. I could shut off unused monitors in multi, but a single monitor looks real nice.
My vote would be multi monitor for most computing, and a single monitor for vidya, and a/v work.

I would never put and expensive screen on top of my standing drawer desu.

I prefer 55" OLED TV. You must be retarded to waste money on LCD garbage.

Dual because I have a 24" monitor off to my side about 2 feet from me while I game, youtube, etc on a 55 inch TV. My chair is a recliner and all my peripherals are wireless, an ultra wide would just not be comfy at all

Anything more than 1 27" 16:9 is too much screen for me.

Hmm you are better off with a single screen. Having a gutter in the middle is dumbo

I haven't had a poverty station like that since I was 12 user

I have a 21:9 monitor and a 16:9 monitor. I'm ok. If a game doesn't support 21:9, I run it on the 16:9.
I wish my company bought all of us 21:9. They are so much better than 16:9 monitors for productivity.

>calling ultrashite "bigger screen"

It's basically dual without a line in the middle.

I recently got a 34" 21:9 ultrawide, its fantastic but I dunno where I would go up from here. Perhaps same size and ratio but higher resolution?

I like to be surrounded by screens like the architect in the matrix

can you still snap windows to every 1/4 with a ultrawide? Like how you would with a dual setup.

What about gamen? Can you do the same thing?

I like to be the matrix surrounded by architects without a screen

Because the screens of that scene in the matrix technically and figuratively do not exist. The screens were present to be watched by the watcher as an allegory to the hologram as a backdrop to emphasize the red pill, but that's not the multiverse.

One screen

t. 60 year old

multiple 3-4 if possible.

>game
>streamer
>movie/podcast
>stock market

feels good man.

this is the best setup if your using LCDs otherwise a single 120hz CRT or 120hz DLP 1ms projector is better.

I played cod4/mw2/bo/mw3 like this at 4k in 2012. if I stayed with LCD I would be playing at effectively 7K or what ever with this setup.

but yer im over the high res meme im fine playing at 720p or 1024x768 (4:3) now. which is effectively like 1.5k or some thing 1080p is 2k etc.

29” 16:10 4K, 2 24” 16:10 1200P. My 3D apps have lots of Windows I need viewable at all times though.

Get a new desk.

Otherwise, you're living in the enviable past my friend.

I made this with lots of love I hope it helps

I prefer a set up with at least one screen in portrait. Im autistic like that

>rectangular desks
Have some pride. And get some arms on that chair so you can mount sticks.

one 5k display. multi monitor is a meme pushed by monitor brands. ultrawide is a meme pushed by LG. you don't get more productive because you can have two windows open next to each other. multitasking is a meme pushed by leftist femals so they don't get fired for slacking off and being shit

I use an ultrawide in the middle, and two 16:9's on the flanks.
To be perfectly honest, its too much. Buy you're never going to see me get rid of them.

Its nice to be working on multiple projects at the same time, or one proj. on one screen, shitposting on the other, full screen video on the third.

For music composition its also pretty bomb. I can have the video sync window on one screen, my DAW on the center screen, and my notation software through rewire on the third screen.

sometimes its just nice to see your desktop in fullscreen while also seeing active windows in full screen

I use two 32inch 1440p screens. The only downside is they are not 16:10

Bigger screen. Multiple screens are just too much hassle unless you are memetrading.

I have 4 side 23" panels and would love to trade them for some 16:10 to better match the height of the larger center ones.

Multi-screens. The more the merrier.

you hacking the mainframe brah?

>6 screens to run 3 applications in 2 of them when even 1 would have enough space for them
