This looks like shit and its amazing this issue persists. Now take a look at microsoft 'support' forums. Ouch.. here's a complaint about the issue from 2009 (LOL, 10 years ago) 'Taskbar Flickering constantly. How do I make it stop?'. A more recent one has a Top answer from windows Expert 'A. User' suggesting to run 'sfc /scannow' to solve the problem!
no one is behind the wheel of the ship at the windows division of microsoft, or even microsoft in general. really sad stuff
I swear that happens on Windows 7 as well. MS are retards.

"doesn't work on my machine" is equally as much of a contribution if I cared this much about all the graphical bugs in every linux distro i've used i'd never get anything done
>windows Expert 'A. User' suggesting to run 'sfc /scannow
Fucking hell, taskbar issues aside, Microsoft should nuke those forums from orbit. The "Experts" that are literally indistinguishable from a bot (after all, they only have one answer to every question) are embarrassment to the entire brand.

That'd be a good response to a bug report.

Never knew this, but then again I use LTSB and never seen it happen myself.
my favorite windows bug is that, if an application is in focus and is locked up, the titlebar buttons and taskbar stop responding until you alt-tab away.
it never occurred to microsoft that you could consolidate certain incoming WM_ events into a single one, and that clicking the close button should just terminate a misbehaving app after a couple hundred milliseconds rather than waiting forever for it to start consuming events.
What does "sfc /scannow" do? I never did anything in-depth with windows

Checks the intergity of some files. Although sometimes it fails even on a clean system due to Microsoft not properly updating the hashes database after updates.
Nope, windows 7 is literally the best thing that microshit has ever done. Literally everything else is shit. Vista, 8, 10 even their surface series we're all crap, even their phones. All their forum verified expert faggots are all using copy pasted textbook answers that don't even answer your question and I think they delete actual answers from people that post workarounds that they were unaware of.
