Sometimes I don't want to wait for a DVD to come in the mail. Yes, Netflix still mails DVDs. No, I don't feel like paying for streaming services that probably don't have what I want anyway.

cant you just like.. download the movie you want to watch and then delete it?

Can't you just like... save it?

Sometimes I delete them, but if I have the space, why bother?

why would you do that
are you a literal child that has to watch the same thing 10 times

Everything that's bootable has a default name. I name my storage drives "Shitpile00X", because it's more or less a pile of shit that I wanna save. I write which number it is on the drive, just under the sticker label, and have a handy sheet with major contents of each one so I know which one I need to plug in. I have about 90GB of old MMO pserver installations in case someone wished to datamine them, all in a drive named "Eggvival".

isn't it super loud ?

>Moe
>Larry
>Curly
>Shemp
Shemp is the backup, obviously.

Default ones. Real people have no time for trivialities

This shit right here.

I'm stuck with third-world tier Australian 'MurdochNet' NBN, and just yesterday I deleted about 1TB of movies, TV, music and game ISOs which I realistically haven't touched since 2014, despite actively consuming all 4 on a daily basis. I even deleted my ~30GB collection of questionable porn.
I can just pull anything I want from a streaming service, or from a Usenet in under an hour.
