Here's what I did.
1. download clean iso from microshaft
2. use rufus to copy iso to flash drive
3. download the script provided at community.spiceworks.com
4. use flash drive to reinstall windows
5. once you get to the oob screen (ie. configure windumbs for the first time) follow instructions on community.spiceworks.com
6. after installation and decrapify is done install drivers

You can run all the debloat scripts that you want but anytime you install a patch, there's a good chance they'll be reinstalled, The ONLY way to be certain that they're gone and stay gone is to install LTSB. The current version is build 14393, but they're coming out with a more recent build very soon.
