It's my favorite 'bleeding edge' distro, especially since it's so easy to control over everything, and it really just werks out of the box. Installed on an optimus machine, and it fetches nvidia drivers and sets up bumblebee automatically; something that only it and mx linux does.
opensuse tumbleweed is a close second because of YaST, and easy 1-click install from the website.

I've been running arch for years, and I'm thinking of switching my gentoo install back to arch because I miss it.
I was just looking at manjaro as an easy install for my desktop since it seems built on arch.
