How do I even get back the old photo viewer on the new LTSC? It worked fine on 2016 LTSB, but it won't switch off of Paint on this new one.

I've always had all black backgrounds in my Windows themes in the past with zero problems and suddenly now I can't because it makes images on certain websites disappear(across all different web browsers) unless I change my theme back to the default... FUCK EVERYTHING
