What terminal emulator do you use?

I don't use one

I use an actual VT-220 terminal. No emulator required.

Yakuake and Konsole. The gnome terminal is buggy and font rendering is not so great.

Idk what its called but the shortcut is ctrl-alt-F2

URXVT, everything else is worthless (except maybe ST)

guake, it's nice get your drop down terminal emulator with a single key stroke.

A question for the other drop down terminal fags out there, what do you like about yours? and if you tried many how do they fare compared to each other? For me guake seems to fit my work flow the best with i3.

same

bloatware

This is the one I use as well. Could someone explain why I would want a different emulator when all I use the terminal for is updating and running a few CLI programs?

xfeces4-terminal > ure terminal

This!

the thread should have ended here

I use tilda
