bad for plastics

WD40 is not lubricant.

I clean my laptops with it. Works good. And selling them on, it helps in making nicer pictures.

>Juicy Thinkpads :^)

>lubing EVERYTHING with WD40
Your father is wrong.

You want sewing machine oil.

How well do either of these work as a personal lubricant?

I hate the smell.

You are wrong

>you want lithium grease
this, ptfe is fine too

Do any of you fucking retards know what WD-40 is intended to be used for. Or what the fucking WD actually mean?
t. An/o/n

It's used for data and it means western digital

Ur right we should use pbblaster

I don't think they do

I use it to kill wasps. It smells nice too. Doesn't work on spiders.

>Water Dissipant formula 40 used in place of grease as a lubricant.

Should I be spraying Lithium Grease on various mechanical parts?

Lithium grease is too viscous. Oil is better for weak baby fans.

Also WD40 dries up within hours. Never lubricate anything you give a shit about with it.

It definitely doesn't displace water /s

Anyway lithium grease is by far the best. PTFE etc is fucking shit and runs off much too fast

Yep it is in fact many lubricants and works great. It doesn't last long at all though. Many thicker grease products are far better for long term.
