Not a million dollar idea, but I had idea for social website, kind of community driven TV/radio, where people will watch videos/listen to music in "rooms" with other people.
People will take turns playing videos/music, other can rate them, so if your choice is bad you will be skipped for a few turns, also you could choose to lurk only.
There would be chat for socializing.
