does icecat have windows builds?

>It stutters
Man, I have the exact opposite issue. Chrome stutters for me when scrolling on websites with anything but text. Also font rendering (at least on Windows) is unbearable on Chrome. The only reason I still consider Chrome is because its sync functionality is still better than the alternative, but that's it really.
