Noice - looks like a Ryzen 3000 series. Those things were built like tanks. Plenty of them still in service - but yeah, can't push 8K (let alone 16) with it. GTA8 was the final nail in the coffin for these old battleaxes.
Having said that, 8TB NVMe v2 SSD and 64GB of RAM gives them a good pep-up: you can run older titles like ARK 3 with minimal stutter.

I doubt anyone has - but they were the biggest, fastest drive that fitted in those old NVMe v2 slots. Sure, you could drop something far bigger and more modern into a PCI-EXv4 adapter and slot it in, but it'd be more than the machine's worth.
