The old app worked just fine, but ever since they went i to their new material design faggotry, the app went down the shitter.

You can search different sites that it has on it for a podcast (or add a link yourself) and it will list all of the episodes for it with a download button and usually you can click the title to read the episode description, etc.

Termux. It can literally do anything. You could probably install gentoo with it.

Also, though not technically an app, scrcpy. The best way to screencast and control your phone screen on your computer, period. Open sores, doesn't require anything to be installed on the phone, no root required, just need to connect through adb. Can be used over USB or even wirelessly. It sounds too good to be true, but it works.

Fairmail is barebones and getting updates every single day. Don't use it until it is stable. Right now, it's not as feature complete as K9. It could turn out to be better than K9, but right now, it's way behind where K9 is.

I also don't know how people can complain about K9's looks when Fairmail currently looks a lot worse.

Probably slower updates since it has to wait for yalp store first. And when Google changes their shit it can be a pain in the ass. Otherwise it's perfectly fine and looks better than aurora.
