I went with Weather notification for the notification bar, Good Weather for more detailed info, and Weather Radar for well...radar (all in f-droid).

Youtube did change their website, so NewPipe didn't work for some hours, then it was fixed. You shouldn't even have noticed that it happened if you would use F-droid and update your stuff like a thinking person, but you probably sideloaded it from git and never updated it because you're a botnet loving retard.
