>work LAN party >coworkers pick COD: Black Ops 4 >zero interest in it, but hey, free food and beer >pre-order and download the night before >at the LAN party >game keeps crashing for everyone >matchmaking is painfully slow >lag on company's 10Gbps fiber internet >keep getting out-of-memory error on a 1080ti and 32GB RAM >game is generally shit >next day, request a refund from Blizzard >"no" >try again, being extra polite >2 coworkers get refunds >go through over a week of Blizzard saying "no" and me saying "yes" >"stop submitting tickets or we'll penalize your account" >get a mute for abusive language
3 lessons learned: 1) Never ever ever ever pre-order a game. B) Use a credit card when purchasing a game so I can charge back if they won't refund me. III) Never purchase a game through Blizzard.
fuck off /v/ upi pbviously spreged out in the tickes and stated saying niggere nigger non stop expecting results. But yea its your falt for buying games
Here is the trick for blizzard dumb frogshit: you are not entitled for a refund and all sales are final so you start with the extra polite part. They treat you the way you treat them. Now enjoy the licenses you bought for $60 rather than spending it on food and beer.

I bought 3 games from blizzard. 1 dii but it was a rerelease from ubishit in 2008 for 10 euros 2 wow in 2006, played for a few years until wotlk 3 d3 with the money I got from a dead hdd from an rma. 4 stole w3 + expansion keys from a net cafè Moral of the story: blizzard is shit, most of those companies are shit. You'd better pirate the game, and buy it if you have played at least 100h on it.

>buying AAA video games there's your problem. DRM isn't your friend and neither is the publisher, they're greedy kikes who cash in on 90% of gamers being clinically braindead. you got jewed by the entertainment industry and it's entirely your fault.
