ipads are great. But they are mostly glorified e-readers.
Bullshit they keep shoving serious performance into a package that you need to touch the screen to use it. It's infuriating to do any serious work on. I've been using the Ipad pro for reading books and doing research based on texts. I've been loving the new IOS devices, but Apple went up their own ass on this one. Not to mention the grotesque pandering to retard minorities. Why not have a jungle drum ass shake event in the middle of the event?

They are good for art and small sized ‘workflow’ and applications like using them in class or in hospitals but that’s about it currently. Maybe if Apple ports Xcode and comes with an actual keyboard (cover one is too mushy for me) it would be used as on the go scripting and light programming device but outside of it I don’t think that it will become THE COMPUTER, not in next 6 years at least.
