On Chinese trackers, please get invites from recruitment. Don't make threads offering invites to show you have something. If you do, choose invitees carefully because traders are very good at how to have good profiles and fake screenshots. Don't give invites to any "foreigners" that you don't known, especially whom are from India. I mention India because there have been an emerging number of traders and publicly giveaway guys from that country. Most of them are liars. You should have some knowledges on which parts of the world that have the highest rates of traders. Chinese guys invited a bunch of "foreign" traders into HDChina and other trackers but they did not know. :D

Yes, it is. Before that update to Sept, they were only halfway through August. It's generally assumed they only log on once in a while to process recruitment - It'd be impossible to answer all of the requests every time they log on.
