CS6 measurement tools (which possibly existed prior to CS6 Extended, but not in CS3 or prior) are what made me move.
Honestly it's useful as fuck for measuring real things in images (like dimensions of a part of a PC case).

You can literally use Volume License Keys on CS5 and 6, you don't need dodgy cracks like the CC line does.

CS5 has by far the best pen tool and I simply don't understand why they refuse to bring it back.
CS6 is probably the most stable which is really not saying a lot.
CC is CS6 + CC functions which are really nice if you actually need them and work with a lot of different CC programs.
