Previous thread: Hi guys. i need a mid-range wireless over-ear headphone for mobility issues. I know i know, wireless sucks hard but i need them. So, i don't want to spend 1trilion burgerdollar for low bluethoot quality shit, then i'm on two choice, sennheiser hd 4.40 (i don't want active NC, hurt as fuck) or the Audio-technica ath-sr5bt. Can you help me make this decision, or a better one?
>tfw bought the STAX SRS 3100 system >haven't received it but regret i spent $1300 >realize i just listen to youtube songs and don't have a single flac song on my pc
>$1300 but user it only costs ~$650 to import a new system from japan even if you're getting l700 pads/headband it shouldnt be more than 1000 what other stuff are you getting?

ANYONE not using Grado Prestige Series on ear open back headphones is an absolute pleb and should be ostracized. Any other set is trash. They even have a Bluetooth version now.
>>realize i just listen to youtube songs and don't have a single flac song on my pc Dude you are screwed. Cancel it if you can, and see if returns are possible if not.

focal clear yes or no? why is it on hall of fame on inner fidelity

>Budget $200-250 >Location Third world shithole with no massdrop. On the other hand chink shipping is free. >Source DX3 Pro shipping soon. >Type of headphone Over-ear. >Open or closed Open, I want to be able to talk to people around me just by lowering volume without taking off my headphones. >Comfort level Important, will be used for 12+ hours per day. >Sound signature Neutral, suitable for anime, voip over vidya noise, idol edm low bitrate streams. Not a fan of midbass overshadowing other frequencies. >Past headphones Philips SHP9500 - good but I want to try something better. Takstar Pro 82 - totally opposite of what I need. Somehow using Pro 82 I can't hear voip over game sounds while using SHP9500 both are perfectly discernable at the same volume. Also closed seal is uncomfortable.

> stax srs > for yourtube
and here i am listening to 5.6mhz DSD in the park on a full rig for under AU 100 dollars
litrelly every person on here that has exspensive set of cans does not need them, does not use them to its full ability and listen to flac a couple times a day and the then watch youtube and think it was a good investment.

>Budget 200€ but willing to spend a bit more if the quality is much better >Location Germany >Source Phone since I mainly want to use it when I am traveling >Type of headphone Full sized preferably. Iems are very uncofortable to me >Open or closed Closed prefered I don't want to annoy people close to me. >Comfort level quality over comfort

My ATH-M50x are starting to break after about 2 years of use. The 'leather' skin on the earcups have faded off and the right hinge is held together with superglue because a piece of plastic broke off. I use headphones all day so it's pretty important to get some new ones soon
>Budget $200AUD >Location Australia (Sydney) >Source Laptop and desktop >Type of headphone Over-ear >Open or closed Closed >Comfort level High >Sound signature Bassy >Past headphones Beats studio2, ATH-M50x. Liked both

>open back I'd prefer my roomates not knowing I listen to k-pop.
