Match these, create SystemResponsiveness if it isn't there.

Thank you for breaking my Windows.
FUCK YOU

Make a recovery point?

>SystemResponsiveness 0
>turning off system responsiveness

You can't fool me.

Try unparking CPUs, too. coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility
This gives a great result in Battlefield games.

this guy is trolling, actually.

You can't trigger a recovery without system responsiveness.

wait I just looked it up and it appears to be legit
I don't have a Windows installation so I can't test, but from what I could find this SystemResponsiveness thing is for limiting the program in the foreground to leave space to other stuff run in the background
it'll probably be more hassle than improvement all things considered, but it doesn't seem like a le delete system32 meem

Delete System 32 to free up space.

That doesn't make any goddamn sense, they use the same drivers.
Now if you are flashing the bios of the card or something.

where is this folder located? is it on / or under /home? ~/.cache perhaps?

if these things would even give 10fps they would be posted all over the internet

They are.
