I use LibreOffice, but save everything I write as .docx, have done so since I was in college since the University's computers all used MS Office. It's more of a habit, since all I write since graduating college is erotic fiction I have no intention of uploading or sharing with anybody.

I used to use Word, but that was ages ago, I think the last version I used was 2013. After I stopped using Word I tried a few different free options, including Open Office when that was still a thing, and Jarte. I'm probably the only living human being that still has Jarte installed on his computer.
