>Adding a botnet to the most secure OS in history

To think people buy this shit

Not with this I didn't, I made the debloat script myself.

I only use windows 10 for games. It's all it is good for

?

I installed LTSB :^)

Yep I debloated it so well it takes up no data on my hard drive.

>Not using MSMG ToolKit and/or Dism++

Kek

It's not a stone age already, gramp. LTSC 2019 exists.

Has someone actually used these and can talk about their experience?
I don't trust MS but I trust random github scripts even less

Thats what I thought

Well you can look at the source code, it's not like it's closed source.

The option to stop edge being a jealous fuck over pdf's didn't work

>random github scripts
>the source code is right there
Please kill yourself. Thank you.

random scripts never work tho

I did a complete clean reinstall of Win10 for my mum. Why tf do bloat programs and shit games keep coming back after I install them? WHY Jow Forums

Attached: WaterhouseJW_Miranda.jpg (2000x1484, 1.94M)

Just pirate windows LTSC. It's already debloated.

They like never comeback for me, I am on windows 10 education so that might have something to do with it

>not using Ameliorated
>Not using LTSC/LTSB with a shit ton of group policy edits

checked

But I already use Windows 7

Based.

fucking microshit....

Should I trust those scripts? I'm a pleb who knows nothing about coding or software, I just want to get all this shit off my PC

Fuck Microsoft and Windows 10, but that's more of a catch all.
Not all of that trash is installed on a fresh install, at least not on 1803.

>Minecraft

Hmm, she's using regular edition so that might be it. No matter what I can't get rid of XBox etc because it keeps coming back with every update. The amount of data 10 scrapes from your system is also ridiculous, even at the basic non-opt-outable level

How to activate LTSC 2019? Haven't been following.
Am I limited to using kms-vl-all script or is there a better way atm?
>t. downloading LTSC 2019 rn

who the fuck has time to manually audit random github scripts?

>github
When will M$ take this down?

I use the Xbox app so I wouldn't know how it acts once you remove it but all the candy crush stuff and other random game apps that came preinstalled never came back but of course those where uninstallable without the need for external scripts.
Xbox is not suppose to be removable so that is most likely why it comes back as does most other apps that are not suppose to be removed

Not him but i've been using LTSB for about a year and had no issues at all, and i switched to LTSC about month ago and can say it work's slower for me for some reason, thinking about rolling back to LTSB again.

fucking kek

Download HWIDGen and activate with the KMS38 method

1 year left buddy boy

Thank you very much.

>implying they won't extend support just like they were forced to do for XP

More like till 2021 if you count POSReady 7 updates which would be perfectly compatible with Windows 7

They already announced they will, for a cost.

My windows 10 decided to update and fuck up everything. Blue screens everyone anything that uses a system hook like battleye Launches. So no.

better use this
msguides.com/microsoft-software-products/2-ways-activate-windows-10-free-without-software.html

nothing to install and it works for office and windows both

slmgr /ipk M7XTQ-FN8P6-TTKYV-9D4CC-J462D
slmgr /skms kms.digiboy.ir
slmgr /ato

Not them, but if you use HWIDGen and reinstall, will it automatically re-activate like a legit key or not?

I never did any updates besides what games also install. Never had a virus. My w7 is completely unpatched since 2010. you fucking amateur.

Just curious
Did you go out of your way to get drivers online like from your motherboard's/OEM's website? or did you let Windows update handle your drivers?

> These scripts have not been tested with the Creators Update. Anything may happen,

thanks for viruses my chinese friend

Just did thanks to this thread. Took about 5 minutes, thanks!

I use OOSU10 and Bulk Uninstaller
this scripts put your system at risk for future updates
if an update fail, and you have to use recovery, the installation can't find the files (deleted by those scripts) and it bootloops, so I prefer to cherry pick what I delete/disable

Interesting, thanks user

>So Jow Forums, have YOU debloated your Windows 10 yet?
Yeah, I installed Enterprise and disabled the telemetry and some other stuff. No more random shit in the background, and all without breaking shit or useless pseudo security.

I always use Thier drivers.

Aka not windows recommended ones. Always from AMD

im almost in the same boat. no updates past '14

>LTSC 2019 exists

It doesn't actually DO anything more noteworthy than its predecessor, but OS (and distro) churning is fun for noobs. Who the fuck reinstalls just because of a version change? I might add a VM out of boredom tho. You can run either as host or guest.

The reason why I ask is is because I found it's more beneficial to not mess with the drivers given to you through Windows update. When I installed Windows 10 it gave drivers for everything on my system with the only driver I mess with being GPU drivers, I leave everything else alone as long as device manager is satisfied and with doing this I seem to never have an issue with windows updates

Letting WU handle all of your drivers has potential for problems. It isn't a horrible idea, but on occasion they will provide the wrong driver for a few devices, or the one they provide can actually negatively impact the device. I mostly see this happen on touchpads.
They also only provide the most basic of drivers to ensure the device functions, rather than perform well. The best example that comes to mind of that is for Samsung NVMe SSDs. Microsoft will use a generic NVMe driver for them, but it can cause drive degradation which doesn't happen with the Samsung driver.
Microsoft also doesn't provide firmware updates for SSDs.

same, feels good. though I miss dark Explorer

>but on occasion they will provide the wrong driver for a few devices, or the one they provide can actually negatively impact the device. I mostly see this happen on touchpads.
If the device ID matches they didn't necessarily install the wrong driver
Microsoft is actually going to be fixing this with specific driver configurations for customized OEM devices on top of a basic driver
docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/develop/getting-started-with-universal-drivers

>but it can cause drive degradation which doesn't happen with the Samsung driver.
Is this an issue with all NVMe drives on the generic driver or just Samsung?

>Is this an issue with all NVMe drives
No, I'm not aware of it happening with other drives. Also, my info on that is from a year or so ago so Samsung may have also fixed the issue with firmware. Either way I always install the Samsung driver when installing their drives.

>Microsoft will use a generic NVMe driver for them, but it can cause drive degradation which doesn't happen with the Samsung driver.

source?

>on the fucking box
>minecraft xbox netflix skype dragon mania legends
>all this fucking bloatware they're literally showing you that they're cucking you and people still buy into it

Last good windows was XP

Why companies love bloat so much?

My first guess would be ad money, but I don't get what nvidia gains by bloating their drivers.

Imagine valuing your cyber security this little
Enjoy your ransomware

i dont use windows 10 im not a retard

>I don't know what something is so it must be bloat
Ok some of the Geforce experience crap is bull and the stuff that is required for it but everything else is for features that have been in geforce cards for years and they still have to support them
Like HD audio which is so your sound over HDMI/Display port works

>2019
>not using LTSC 2019

Core functionality is the only thing you really need.

I have LTSC.

I don't rely on many of the available scripts because they usually rely on either features currently available (which in my case wouldn't be a problem I guess, given that this is frozen for like 2 years maybe) and can break functionality at some point because I just decided to install some program that needs something.

Only works as long as that guy's not v& and his KMS servers are online.

Also you're literally reporting yourself to a shady web server that might be a honeypot.

Is this still usable?
I need the latest LTSC in italian for a self-bootable pen.

gitlab.com/s1ave77/SVF.ISO.CONVERTER

Just delete system32, no need for some open source malware.

I understand them bundling everything into a tidy package, since the average gaymurr wouldn't want to grab all of that functionality as 15 different downloads, but the fact that it is obfuscated by the regular installer and the "custom" install method never gives you the options to decline them is utter bullshit.
I will say however, the fact that they give you an up-front choice on GFExperience now is a welcome first step.

The funny part being that most of the shit ITT "debloats" Windows, they just randomly shut off services. The most "advanced" disable (not really uninstall - despite M$ documenting for years now how to properly uninstall an inbox Metro app) a few 5MB apps.

You can upgrade perfectly fine you moron, you fell for the meme

just installed win 10 on my FRESH pc and this is exactly what I was looking for
haven't even been on Jow Forums since like 2011
thanks, faggots

imagine using ltgbt wiangblows

share it

>node.js
kek

lol what a dumbass

Me too, sadly moving to windows 10 later this week after my ryzen 5 2600 comes in.

I don't even care about the bloat or botnet but in Win10 you sometimes can't do basic shit like setting default programs.

just used this yesterday to install LTSC 2019

So LTSB is faster than LTSC 2019 then? Could other anons who tried both tell me if they noticed any difference. Not sure which to install now.

Does the newest AMD Ryzen Master work on LTSC? I haven't gotten it to work on LTSB, I think it checks some kind of OS id on startup.

download.amd.com/Desktop/AMD-Ryzen-Master.exe

Cool, cool.
And it installed the latest build, right?

>buy
They have ISOs freely available for download in their website
You dont even need a license for basic functionality

>I will say however, the fact that they give you an up-front choice on GFExperience now is a welcome first step.

Now? They always have, I have been using nvidia cards since GFE was created and I have never had it installed despite hundreds of drivers installs.
