No, your build is already fairly balanced.
Any GPU upgrade would be bottle necked by the CPU. Since it's a Xeon without being unlocked, you're fairly limited in what you can get out of it.
A larger SSD might be a nice upgrade for you.

It's a brand new CPU with a brand new motherboard, there aren't any security patches.
Remember, the 9000 series has hardware mitigation, not software and firmware like previous CPUs.

It only does around 3200 points, I just reinstalled the PC so don't have CB downloaded. It was more fun when I got it in early 2017 when there was no Ryzen or Threadripper around. Gonna upgrade to a 32+ core TR next year once they release the newer 7nm ones.

No, that CPU shouldn't bottleneck that GPU, as long as you play 1080p or higher res. Systems that can do quad channel are able to run in triple or dual channel as well. Triple channel was originally designed for X58, for X79 you should run quad channel.

This memeworthy build is coming along nicely, the gpu is from Afox, it's pretty good by the way. Had a Fury X before, it's not that much slower, if it even is, Fiji got no driver love sadly.
