If you want maximum comfort and durability, you gotta go with thick framed glasses with a nosebridge section that looks like this.
I hate thin frames with the little nosebridge pads, the pads wedge into your nose (not comfy!) and thin frames are prone to getting bent out of shape

I talked to my optician and opthamologist about it, they both believe the blue light filtering is a gigantic meme if you're not a basement dweller with no background light.
Both were happy to sell the coatings claiming blue light protection in them if I wanted, but saw no benefit in it.
