My IP address changes at a random interval between 30 and 60 minutes, using a program I wrote to spoof my MAC address and other credentials to repeatedly sign up for free Wi-Fi trials.

I'd say around 1 in every 25 IP addresses is banned as a proxy/VPN on Jow Forums. Still feels moderately anonymous though.

Data centers and network infrastructure providers are owned by different entities than hosting service providers and similar services such as VPN providers.

Even if your VPN provider claims not to keep logs, the reality is that their hosting provider or the administrator of the network infrastructure on which they operate certainly do.

So there's no way for a VPN provider to guarantee true anonymity.

A non-shitty VPN provider gives you a list of servers to choose from so you can in theory find one that isn't banned. However that has its limits as this costs money to maintain and your $5/mo only goes so far

Still doesn't explain how could you get a database of VPN IPs and exploit it commercially. Unless you buy fake accounts on every provider just to know the ranges from inside.
