This fan looking thing is called a rotary woofer, it has superior decimal frequency response to a traditional magnetic subwoofer, and a much more bold, yet clean, sound.

Yes, but barely and only at insanely high (and dangerous) volumes. The lower you go, the louder it needs to be to even feel it. And below 20Hz is literally useless.

Uhh, idk about u, but if a sinwave is at 7hz, you can definitely hear the peaks. I worked for a radiostation, and noticed a low-frequency tone during the station identifications at the bottom of each hour, asked about it, and apparently it was a 5hz sin to send a sync message to sister transmitters. It was just like a low vibration sound, the first-reflection distoration of ultra-low frequencies 1-19hz is audible to the human ear, whether live or otherwise.

I believe the fan speed is constant and only the pitch of the blades varies.
