MSMG toolkit for debloating(any edition will do, you can build your own ltsb), a firewall for telemetry. Any telemetry patch can easily be reverted with an update so you will never be sure it is actually working, setting telemetry at the lowest level doesn't work either because it still sends some things.

The whole point of using LTSB/C is literally that, to get security updates without the other beta phase bs that Microsoft likes to push into the other versions of the OS.
