Nova can't do that. Only decent launcher I've found that can do that is Evie.

I'd personally recommend Evie. It's good enough as launcher anyway. Not a fan of its aesthetics though.
Also this is a very small thing to base your choice of launcher. I wholeheartedly recommend Lawnchair or KISS (if you're into the minimalism it offers).
