Battery life/ phone addiction tips

I'm having trouble making my battery last all day. It's been unplugged for an hour and I'm already at 84% from YouTube. How do I beat a smartphone addiction/ make my battery last

Your apps paint a miserable picture of your life, user

Thanks, how do I stop?

Get a flip-phone and find christ

Aight, don't know what your homescreen looks like, but you should keep anything that is unproductive in the app drawer so it's an extra step after you go back to your homescreen.
Ideally you would delete stupid time sinks altogether, but obviously some stuff is both useful and a distraction.
I only have a sudoku app as a game so I'm fine I think.
So umm tl;dr:
>remove games and other bullshit wherever possible
>use messenger lite
>move distractions out of your "line of sight" (also disable notifications for apps where it isn't critical)

CPU governor to powersave. Screen brightness at lowest. Disable apps from running in the background.

Put an external battery in your rear pants pocket and run a retractable USB cable through your belt loop to your phone. Discreet, unlimited power!

This is my home screen

>spiderman wallpaper

>Tinder
>Steam
>Snapchat
>Roku
>Pokemon GO
>Pandora
>Netflix
>LastPass and not keepass
>Messenger and not only FB lite
>Edge and not firefox with ublock
>he didnt disable most of google apps shit
>maybe he use live screen
>YET STILL COMPLAIN ABOUT BATTERY
dude , you trigger me so much
either you delete SHIT or just PUT EVERYTHING IN ALWAYS SLEEP IN DEVICE MAINTENANCE JESUS CHRIST

Bu.. but I use all of those apps.

Fucking christ it physically hurts.

Fuck off bitch boy I made it.

upgrade your crappy phone to a SD835. You'll never achieve current gen power efficiency with userspace tweaks.

That voids warranty

>It's been unplugged for an hour and I'm already at 84% from YouTube.
Yeah, watching videos for an hour will do that to many phones. There is not much you can do to change that. The tip from (frequently care and use a portable battery) might actually be a practical suggestion for your situation.

turn off google assistant

Portable power bank. I like Anker.

>tinder
Kys fornicator.
Repent.

>use a computer all day
>just an introvert
>use a phone all day
>addicted or a woman

settings-> disability -> set your phone to grey scale

no more colours, no more addiction

It seems more like a disipline problem. Clean your metaphysical room. Work out. Find something productive to do.

>Remove
Spectrum TV
The CW
Roku
Netflix
Hulu
LoveASMR
>Replace
Youtube --> Newpipe
The Weather Channel --> Your Local Weather
Pandora and Samsung Music --> A no-DRM music player, I use Music Player Go
Edge --> Firefox (Honestly, anything's better than Edge)
LastPass --> KeePass
>ProTip:
Organize your app drawer, put your social media apps together
Darker backgrounds save more battery
Install F-Droid and cut back on Google's "services"

WTF IS SMARTPHONE ADDICTION LOL, NIGGA JUST WALK AWAY FROM THE SCREEN LIKE NIGGA CLOSE YOUR EYES

I spend 12 hours of my day on my phone

Just reset it and don't restore. Treat it like a brand' new phone
