I also wonder, I've always considered myself a nihilist. However I never had any kind of existential crisis. Some people on /sci/ tried to convince me I'm specular humanist, but I don't really see any inherited value in humanity. However now I think I see a science and advancement as something that has that value. If I could, I'd trigger off technological singularity just for sake of it, even if we have no idea what will happen and if humanity even survive.
