I'm not sure, but I'd that depends on how severe your disorder is. For example I have poor eyesight, and i'm a bit overweight, so that got me B-papers.
If the disorder doesn't affect you much, you'd get a B-paper which means you have something that might affect your capability to serve, and based on that they'll send you where they see fit.
If they see that the disorder could harm your or others lives during serving, you'd get a C-paper, and you'd be released from service altogether.

I don't think so no. The reasoning for the C-paper existing is printed as a "human right" or something like that, the army doesn't want c-paper people, not because they cannot serve, but because they could be harmed or worse during service, and they don't want that.

A few years ago, maybe! Do to climate change Finland has gotten a LOT more warmer during winter, so I don't think there will be ice in Turku when you visit. Usually this time of year there's already snow, but now there is none ): (at least where I live, places like Lapland might be a different story)

I mixed community and civil somehow because I'm dumb, it's civil service (although I think you can do community service too)
The only limit for the job is that it has to be a goverment regulated company. So places like schools, libraries, hospitals etc
