NX can't handle current solidworks files, and in any case Linux support was killed last year.

Blender, Kdenlive or just ffmpeg. Depending on what you actually need. For me ffmpeg is the best.

The only good blizzard games are wow and wc3, and those don't need the client.
Use android for the cashgrab RNG simulator or run it over Anbox, don't use the client because you don't need it.

I prefer Clementine to Foobar even on my windows machine.

Inb4 clion

Vscode or Vscodium

You can at least make linux good, unlike windows.

Nope those are just text editors. I want all the bells and whistles
No the add-ons are trash

SpeedFan

Fucking this, and a proper voltage/clock control program

Are you implying that clion or rider are not better than vs trash? LOL

This. While I haven't used that program specifically, I'm still searching for a TTS program that sounds human-ish
to use for automation.

An lm-sensors UI like Psensor.

>not configuring voltage by writing prop files
why are you even on linux?

>wine
while that works it's cheating for the scope of this thread which topic is a gnu/linux alternative, not ways to run windows software on gnu/linux

>SpeedFan
Why would you need this? I'm curious since writing a GUI for lm_sensors fancontrol would be really trivial. There's plenty of programs that give you the readout already, but you have to edit /etc/fancontrol to set the fan speeds and what temperature you want to control which (I prefer to have my bottom intake go by the GPUs temp and the front intakes by the CPU). Everything but a slick GUI's already there.

>Name a Windows exclusive program and we'll find you a Linux alternative
>Windows exclusive program
If you can run it with Wine then is not exclusive.

>half baked software lacking almost all features of sharex
well I guess you didn't say viable linux alternative

That's kind of a good point

but I still say it's cheating

I mean.. I could just fire up a Windows 10 image in QEMU under GNU/Linux and claim there's no Windows exclusive software since I can run anything under GNU/Linux but that's totally cheating, isn't it?

STUMPED!

What I want: integrated pressure sensitivity with the surface pen, snip tool integration, pages become wider or longer when I write near the edge ink to text and ability to inset PDFs.

Imagine being this fucking stupid

>Why would you need this?
It gives you total control over your fans. Very granular fan curves, can use and combine any temperature sensor which is great to help cooling whatever parts like nvmemes, gpus like you mentioned ecc
Weird how no one gave enough of a fuck to make a GUI for lm_sensors fancontrol similar to SpeedFan which is like 20 years old...

speedfan is slow to start, and unresponsive to temperature changes compared to fancontrol/lm_sensors

THIS
I can only barely get the animated bits to not coredump when I'm using winetricks quartz, but even then it fills wine with errors and turns into a massive JPEG artifact

I'm not saying I played quite a few of these but there may be thing games store called Steam which runs on GNU/Linux which may have quite a lot of these games running naively. The visual novel engine Ren'Py (based on pygame) has always worked fine on GNU/Linux. Erotic games isn't an area where we're lacking games, there's a really huge abundance.

Doesn't really work this way though (sadly). CATIA and NX (the 2 best CAD packages) are supported (only CentOS and RedHat but i'm sure they can work on other distros), but if you want to work in a company that uses Creo / Solidworks etc.. you can't just ask them to give you a special snowflake license for CATIA or NX
