Firefox and then install uBlock Origin and make sure to enable cosmetic filters. It's a bit slower than Blink based browsers but being able to get rid off annoying shit that pops up and blocks half the webpage more than makes up for it. The performance hit is not even that bad unless you have have a really old phone.
