My CPU is a neural net processor. It is a learning computer.
I call things that take input data, manipulate it, and spit out the resulting data computers. Even a calculator is a computer, albeit, one with a very specific use case. Computers that are extremely underpowered and lack sufficient I/O and software support for desktop usage are called micro controllers. I call both tower PCs and laptops "desktops". I only say laptop when referring to that specific form factor. I define a desktop as a computer that has a screen, physical keyboard, and a dedicated pointing device (mouse, track point, touch pad, etc). Phones are pocket computers that have cellular capabilities and are smaller than 7 inches, with either a number pad or touch screen. Anything larger than 7 inches is a tablet. If a tablet like a Surface Pro has x86 hardware similar to that of a desktop machine and is meant to run desktop oriented software, then I might call that a tablet PC. Last but not least, there are laptops with touch screens and keyboard cases for tablets. I call those faggot shit.
