Frame the posters and hang them with adhesive, they shouldn't be too heavy. Even cheap frames look nice, and are usually pretty light.
Get some curtains to cover the blinds, or remove the blinds if you can (did this at my last apartment and it made a significant difference, landlord didn't mind). Blinds don't do a good job of looking good.
Get something to fill the space on the left. Either shift the station so you're facing the corner, or add some plants or a station of some sort. I understand the need for desk space, personally I use a monitor arm for my monitors to free up my desk space.
If you can afford it, you should look into upgrading your monitors to something bigger/cleaner, preferably with much less bezel. Even without changing the monitors, if you can mount them so you don't have the stands, it'll be an improvement.
Still, nice station, just needs some TLC.
