first for beyers
Why is EQ bad again?
EQ isn't bad, that's an audiophool myth.
listen to the sounds as they were designed
buy better headphones if it sounds so shit you need to use eqs
maki user pls respond
introduces digital nasties
compromises bitperfect
Sennshill here, can we have a truce with you beyerfags to stop shitposting?
why do you have to ask? just stop posting anti-beyer memes and be a normal user and they will stop
Ok the 2nd question is if you had to use EQ, which one is better? Hardware or software?
2bh I don't diss headphones, but all it takes is one faggot, and we have quite a few of them here
there's no difference, DSP=DSP.
well I have some exciting things going on in my world of stax
the truce would be broken faster than sennheiser headbands
then it'll break as fast as beyer's gimbals?
those look really uncomfortable
my 3D printer is broken, I need to get a new hotend
assuming you take a hammer to them, sure
They are the first part to break on beyer headphones lol, with normal usage too...
uhh well thats how you can tell someone who has never even seen a stax in person
deliberately trying to break them isn't normal usage lol
ahem
mine has been a bitch and a half, could print using some flexible filament though. you use matrix?
did you buy something new?
to be fair one of those plastic pieces of shit broke on my t90, but it was just under 2 years so I returned them and got all my money back, so no regrets
yeah something Exciting there's roughly ~1000 of them
did you drunk purchase an L300LE?
All the quints are so cute
Matrix?
riot.im. it's unironically the only thing I use besides email. if you don't already use it don't worry about it, cockli is fine
blacked sr-009?
Why dont we have our own riot server like every other general?
ha ha nah something better and cheaper
no
other than Tx0rp, what are some good headphones for modding?
because that sounds fucking gay
>ha ha nah something better and cheaper
404LE? 007mk1?
who knows you all will see sometime in march
march? wtf? just spill the beans.
How is it gay? Do you think about me every night?
Been using a 600ohm AKG k141 for the past week or so, they sound pretty great after getting some fresh pads on them.
However they are perhaps the most inefficient pair of headphones I've ever used, I have to have the volume pinned at 100% on my Audio interface for them to be at a reasonable volume.
this is the only hint
Idol trash here. What's your setup like, user?
what? how do they break in such a way that those metal bits would fucking stab them
She kinda reminds me of Maki, but with old LL art style.
that's a 404LE you fag, the red gives it away.
could be a 404 who knows
LS50s or Stax?
The only cans you need/should consider
>LS50s or Stax?
my feet.
your feet are probably ugly
>worse than KSC75 or summitfi
hmmmmm
they are pretty cute.
Neither, join the loli gang.
I've got a pair of DT1990's with an Atom amp and OL DAC, plugged into my lenovo laptop. Recently I noticed whenever I'm playing something there is very, very, very light background static and I'm not sure the cause. I'm on a wooden table and I believe my laptop casing is plastic not metal. Even though it's not entirely noticeable it really pisses me off when I do hear it cause then its not fucking perfect like I want it. How do I remove it. I fear the problem might just be that my DAC is a USB instead of Optical, but this laptop doesn't have an optical port.
what is your shoesize?
my roommate owns them, i think they're just ok
Try plugging the stack into another USB port or computer. Then try to plug the Atom direct into computer via AUX cable. Try as many things as possible and keep A/Bing.
>I fear the problem might just be that my DAC is a USB instead of Optical, but this laptop doesn't have an optical port.
lmao
Will you all make fun of me if I get the 6XX?
Both are garbage. Get some good speakers from actual brands that know what they're doing.
L700.
>problem might just be that my DAC is a USB instead of Optical
i want to kms after reading this
Oratory1990's EQs sound like shit on every headphone I've tried
sounds good on my 770s
>Get some good speakers from actual brands that know what they're doing.
Like...?
Why? I've never used a USB DAC before and I heard that there are sometimes interference issues?
I've tried every other USB port but there are only 3. I'll try plugging in the atom directly in a second.
Like $30 Frankenstein eBay shit LMFAO
Maybe it's better on closed backs because I didn't like it on HD600, HD650, HE400i, or LCD2C
good one user
size 6 in womens.
>LS50
bright meme speakers, anyone who buys this is a fool
dt1990 are a meme and the static is part of the headphone. Only 3 people have it here and shill it to death. Hope you learn your lesson not to listen to /hpg/ beyertrannies
Tried plugging the atom straight into the aux, static was there if not a bit louder and audio quality was noticeably worse.
Ok then give me an alternative in that price range
How do we solve the Anime problem in the headphone community?
I own both sennheisers and beyerdynamics, what does that make me?
ascend acoustics sierra-2
Gay
a snap-trap
what happen to the guy who bought the OLDAC with hentai engraving? Did he ever got it or they refuse him?
he probably pussed out
More likely he never carried through with it
im gonna buy the dt 1990
so
make sure to buy some lube and a skirt with stripe panties!
thanks for the insight harmantardon
>that channel matching
Cheers lad
make sure to post impressions if you pull through with it
>yuropeean
Don't, I auditioned them at Jaben. It's just something Beyer made on a whim to fill a certain price point. It's a really bad headphone. The treble is artificially bright and hyper-detailed with excessive sibilants. It's like taking a photo and sharpening the shit out of it. Their cheaper models DT880 and DT990 sound a lot better.
hi nha

Too brainlet for this

NVX XPT100, I liked most thing about the headphones other than the left ear is slowing snapping off and I have a tape rig keeping it on.
How are the MDRV6 for music listening and gaymen? I've been doing a bit of research and everything I see is mostly either "it's shit for music and everything not monitoring" and "works on my machine". Which is it?
It's a solid choice, I think you'll like it, it has more treble than your previous headphone tho.
Are you actually or just pretending?

either

I want them to be comfortable dammit, I'm not wearing them because they sound good lol

Something not as bright and ear rapey as the damn DT990s

Audiotechnica ATH AD700x, Beyerdynamic DT990 Pros (I like them, but not for all things)
miku a shit, nino best hanayome.
what are the most comfortable and also most nice sounding headphones around at the moment
budget $2000
MDRV6 is mostly build for music production, is good for listening but just ok for gaming
if you want something for fun/immersive gaming then try the Creative auravana live or the massdrop E-mu purpleheart, if you mean competitive gaming then the Audio-Technica ATH-A550Z
