how do Jow Forumsentoomen design their websites? Mine is just a plain background with some links on the left. If screen width is mobile-like, the links get shifted to the top. Nothing about the material presented (or the links themselves) actually changes.

the japanese are used to fitting lots of stuff into small amounts of spaces. They end up getting used to the cluttered mess aesthetically and it translates into their web design.
