Is Couch Potato with a VPN the best option?

Attached: 21b.png (1920x1080, 1014K)

If you're using Couch Patato with Usenet then you don't need a VPN as Usenet is already SSL encrypted. Pay for Usenet, save on VPN.
Option 2: You could go the opposite route and pay for VPN and set up Sonarr, but Usenet probably has more content and is faster.
Option 3: Go full autist and get into a bunch of private trackers, no VPN. Set up rtorrent and autodl-irrsi on a seedbox. Still have to pay for seedbox...and be autist.

>get free vpn trial
>get qbittorrent
>find torrent website
>find torrent
>open torrent link with qbittorrent
>wait for seeds
>if there arent that many seeds withdraw

its easy, private trackers are meh if you dont follow there rules you get booted. Try buying a vpn provider thats based in Switzerland though, or sweden. Preferably the first one.

VyprVPN is dope. Avoid protonVPN

Is the 6 Strikes still a thing with ISPs in regards to Piracy?

Anyone have their service actually cut? Whats stopping someone from cancelling their service, then just getting someone else to sign-back up for a 'clean slate'?

My ISP is 3 strikes. They did send me mail with the exact file(s) I was downloading. I dont download porn so it was all just movies but it could really fuck someone over in some cases.

I just use PIA VPN now. All good.

rtorrent
>living in china-tier country where you're required to use VPN in order to not get executed

Internet service providers are scams. You can connect to the internet with just your own intranet setup. I won't tell you how, because if I proved it, I'd be in trouble.

>Outing yourself as an LTT fan

>>Outing yourself as an LTT fan

I bought PIA before that kike ever shilled it.

No fuck you you are an LTT fan and you are bad fuck off and leave Jow Forums

Welcome to the US, The Land of The Free(tm).

>using literal botnets to pirate
Just torrent the thing, nigger, how hard can it be?
Don't tell me you had fallen for the "privacy" meme, you autistic mong. There are two reasons to use torrents:
1) Generally higher speeds;
2) Generally better websites.
Privacy isn't one of them.
"Privacy", kek

sonarr
jackett
flexget
utorrent

plex for watching

>torrent with no vpn
>get striked by ISP

great plan. Really helped me out.

Been doing that longer than you lived
Literally zero problems

Memeing aside. Can't you 'murricans just sue an ISP and create a precedent preventing them from fucking up your torrents?
I mean, there is more to torrents than just pirating.

just use a torrent site, like 1337x(dot)to
if you like chinese cartoons, take a look at nyaa(dot)si
there are many others, look them up yourself

grab whatever torrent downloader you like, I use transmission, as well as a decent VPN, and be happy

despite LTT shilling for it, PIA is a great VPN and works on every platform including your phone. have been using it for 4 years now without any problems ever. devs seem capable enough and so far as I know they actually don't keep any logs

>You can connect to the internet with just your own intranet setup
sure don't tell me how but could you point me in the vague direction so I can do my own research?

Recommended a Usenet provider

Rarely bother with torrents anymore unless it's obscure and can't be found anywhere else. All films are either downloaded from XDCC or recorded from pirate premium satellite channels for later viewing.

>download torrent
>enjoy free shit
Been doing this for years, it's not hard.
Unless you live in a police state with retarded shit like copyright infringement or data caps of course.

Can I torrent without a vpn in Australia?

>using IRC and literally taping shit from tv
are you stuck in the 90s ?

>using IRC
There is nothing wrong with IRC unless you're a zoomer.
>literally taping shit from tv
Doesn't look too bad to me for something that's "taped" of the TV.

Nope.

>Recommended a Usenet provider
Easymews is the only one I've ever used. Works for me, no need to switch.

>Recommended a Usenet provider
You need at least two on two different backend. Ninja news and supernews are both pretty good.

I have ninja and it caps out my gigabit connect. It has 50 connects and the price isn't bad. It's highwinds so you need a backup block or unlimited account. That's just how usenet is these days.

I use to use IRC all the time back in the day along with usenet. Usenet access use to be free (included) with your ISP in the states like e-mail among other things.
