Oh no, my house flooded an my ground floor was all lost, I had to pile my things that werent destroyed in my spare rooms upstairs and my bedroom. I would set my shit up on a desk but I cannot reach them right now due to the fact that my downstairs is now upstairs along with what is normally upstairs. It will be four more weeks I have been told.

Before I started undergrad, I actually got my mom to take me to a psychiatrist (who I had previously gone to see when I was a genuinely disturbed child) and got him to write a letter explaining why I would be better off in a single room. Pretty much guaranteed I would get a single room, but the price I paid was that the university bombarded me with "mental health support" emails and calls for my entire first year because they were afraid of me suiciding or something.
Raised beds are comfy until you fall off one of them.
