Uhh, Google is developer friendly in a sense, unlike Apple. Android is open source and as long as the bootloader is unlockable and the kernel source codes are there, rooting is likely there too.

There's nothing an open-source OS could do to prevent that. If a phone has a camera and an internet access these apps will function just like they do on Android. Apple actually reviews every application before publishing it so it's less of an issue on iphones. And on Android you have an even better option of not installing closed source applications at all, it's all up to you.
