Almost 10 years old and still going stronk.

Only added ssd 5 years back and replaced mbo caps with cheapest chink ones for few bucks.

Nothing. I saved the laptop from being thrown away at work because it was in very good cosmetic condition. Upgraded the CPU from T7500 to T7700, RAM from 2GB to 4GB, got a new battery as well. Also I took the SSD from work as we have a lot in stock in case someone needs them.

This is how mine looks. The rest of it is also in very good condition. I replaced the trackpoint as the blue one was too small. Funny how it had a touchbar even back then, and it still works completely under Win 10. Fingerprint reader also works.

desu its actually pretty decent, what you see it at in that picture it never really gets higher than that, unless i game for hours, its an HP Omen, so it has these huge exhaust vents on the back and the bottom is like mesh, so it does alright
