I got a new pc.
Downloaded PUBG and now everytime I launch it, it restarts my pc.
How do I fix this?
This doesn't happen with any other game.

Uninstall pubg. Reboot. How is your computer now?

You want me to uninstall pubg, reboot it and report on how my pc works?
My pc works fine. It's just reboots itself when I try to launch pubg.

Is Windows completely up to date? Are you graphic drivers completely up to date? Sound drivers?

If so, perhaps fully delete PUBG and re-download.

lel... no, but hypothetically speaking. If it was a ryzen how would you fix it?

Everything is up to date and I tried re-downloading the game, didn't help.

>i didnt read the rules

maybe post the actual bugcheck code you dumbfuck

>pubg
faggot

I don't play PUBG, so forgive me for not knowing, is it possible to adjust graphical settings via a launcher, prior to starting the game? If so, or if there's a config file, try changing the resolution and/or post-processing effects and such.
If you're using Nvidia, create an app-specific profile and try to force the game to run more efficiently. Force certain things on or off until you find the magic combination.
Aside from that, it wouldn't hurt to also post your problem on PUBG's forum.

Okay guys, so weird shit here.
I tried downloading older graphical drivers and it helped. Why would having the newest drivers cause this?

Then you buy Intel. If your cpu is intel, then buy Ryzen.

How is that not obvious?

I wouldn't look too deeply into that. The road goes nowhere. Your issue was almost assuredly their code or your driver. Maybe report your findings to Nvidia and they'll fix it on the next release.

I meant. How would you fix it if you're hypothetically stuck with ryzen?
Hypothetically speaking that is. Not saying that I own a ryzen CPU, and it's restarting instead of launching things, or anything. Just hypothetically what would best common practice in trouble shooting?

You buy Intel.

PM'd you the fix.
