I worked for a place that virtualized windows for the non-tech people. For the tech/server side they ran Unix, Linux(Debian), and windows. Mainly Linux and windows though. They had some good tech, contrary to the typically all windows places some of my peers seem to prefer (and complain about constantly).

A school ran windows / linux. Another school ran all apple.
