quad cores and 8gb of ram is not enough. deal with it.
>hurr good enough for me
no, its not. just because you're use to being shit on doesn't mean after feces sprayed all over you is ok.

Grow up

maybe once you grow up you'll realize the shit you basked in wasn't so goo9d after all

that is as about as bad as OS X 15 years ago.

>garfield 5
kys, retard

it only took 2 cores and 6gb of ram to sage

YOU BOUGHT A VEGA AND YOU TRY AND CALL YOURSELF A GAMER

I agree with all other points stated tho

What's wrong with Vega though? You can get a 56 for 300 euros and with a UV and OC you get 1080 level performance with only 20-30W higher power usage. Beats buying shit like a 2060 with only 6GB of VRAM and worse performance for more money.

No RTX

Oh, I thought you actually had serious arguments.

Vega 56 fine card

Vega 64 at launch no way

Anything is good at the right price of course, and everything beats the 2060 its a 350$ that rivals last gens 350-400$ cards all while having less vram

Two cores and 8gb is more than enough. All games worth playing don't even need a dedicated GPU.

I mean now, maybe, when those games came out no.

They come out every year. Still don't need any of it. Even if it's a first person shooter. The only recent one worth playing is Devil Daggers.

>gaymer shit
Fuck off, manchild. I use my PC for work, not for some stupid games.

>he hasnt played dusk, strafe, ion maiden, overload, or reflex arena
>devil daggers came out 3 years ago
>recent
just go play through arcane dimensions again bro
all i play is qw on a 240hz CRT so trust i agree
almost all new games suck shit, but you're missing a few good ones

lmao

>this is the same fucking microitx micropenis guy posting 20 different threads a day showing off his horrendous build
No ammount of threads on Jow Forums will get you hyperthreading on that cucked processor

Vega is a good card. You always have to undervolt though

>8gb of ram
>2019
That's not even enough for simple web browsing anymore. The only people with specs like that in this day and age are the ones clinging to their old builds because prices are too high.

No, 16GB is not enough for even barebones basic web browsing. How can you even live with 32GB RAM? You need at LEAST 64GB to run Windows 10. Anything less than 128GB will cause massive amounts of swapping. Get 256GB RAM, or at least 512GB. 1024GB or more if you plan on installing Windows 10. I'd recommend 2048GB, but you'll require 4.096TB or more for anything beyond pure casual use. Might as well just go for 8.192TB. My friend uses 16.384TB RAM, but he's a casual.

Ok OP, your mom bought you a 'puter for Christmas, we get it.

Buyer's Remorse: The OP

>buying intel
>it's not the flagship
that defeats the whole purpose

Here comes the cucking

To chronicle the high end requirements of gaming PCs during the course of my re-memberable(sic) life:
>1993
>Single core 66Mhz, 16MB ram, 1MB 2d accelerator, 32 bit sound card
>1995
>64-bit FPU, 150-200Mhz, 32MB, 2MB accelerator, same sound card
>1997/1998
>266Mhz, 128bit SIMD, 4/8MB 1st gen. 3D GPU, same sound card
>450-600Mhz w/ L2 half speed cache, 128MB SDR100, 8/12MB 3d GPU
>1999
>800-1.133Ghz, 128/256MB SDR133, 16/32MB Riva TNT2
>2000-2002
933-1.5Ghz, 256MB, 133SDR or 266RDR, GPUs were garbage

From this point on I'll only select the best and/or best "midrange" GPUs and not jerk off about VRAM
>2002-2005
>1.8-3Ghz (athlon XPs needed lower clockspeed than pentium 4s), 512MB/1GB, TI4600 but then Radeon 9800
>'06
>Dual core 2.6Ghz, 2GB DDR2-400, x1900 or GT6800
There was a considerable amount of time when overclockable dual core processors would handle most games and quad cores were just dickwaving but we will omit this.

>'07/'08
>quad core 3-3.5Ghz, 4GB DDR2-800, GTX 8800 or Radeon 3850/4850
>'09
>Year of our Lord Nehalem, 4GB, Radeon 4850/5850 or GTX 280
>'10/'11
>Poorfags went Clarkdale in 2010. Just get a 2500k, 4GB is no longer a safe cap,
>The year of the GTX we shall not name and the Rebrandeon Barfs architecture
>'12/'13
>any quad core that could hit 4Ghz or faster
>Radeon 7000 series the clear winner, GTX680 a close contender but all Tahiti cards could OC to 1.15Ghz
>'14 til '16
>Literally no reason to get a new CPU until Ryzen released
>8GB is serviceable, if you only run one program at a time.
>Gameworks comes back with a vengeance, you only need a new GPU if you want those features or your chosen game can't turn off tessellation
>17, '18 and today
>8 Core CPUs are a necessity for multitasking, 16GB is a bare minimum, a Radeon 480/580 or 6GB GTX1060 for 1080p, a 1070 or Vega56 for 1440p, a 1080ti or 2080 for 4k are hitting the edge of 60FPS at decent settings.

user, there is an error in your info:

The sound cards at the beginning of the 90s were ISA 8 - 16 bits. They had a maximum sampling frequency of 48 khz. At the end of the 90s the 32-bit PCI sound cards appeared, with a resolution of 16 bit and 48khz for low range, 24 bit 96khz multi-channel for medium-high range and 32 bit 198khz multi-channel professionals.
