How can you be so incompetent? You can literally download it for free from Microsoft. Use the MS KMS script to activate it (re-run every 6 months). Literally the cleanest, closes to vanilla, way to do it.

There's a bunch still enabled so I'd recommend using something like that to disable as much of telemetry and other shit that you can.

On LTSC you can enable organisation configurations that let you disable all of them. Either do it manually one by one or use a tool if you trust them.
