3/4 of my way through a Comp Eng bachelors, I can't make even a basic app in AndroidStudio, jave no Git, but at least I know how to make a 16 bit RISC processor from the 80s in VHDL. Pretty fun though. We still learn general stuff like SQL databases, Java and Python in addition to stuff like C, Assembly, POSIX/Windows libraries and VHDL, although its mostly around the actual Software Engineering portion of planning, structuring and concepts than actual coding. I feel like there's massive gaps in my knowledge because of this, I know the concepts but can't actually model them aside from VHDL and Verilog, the two languages I know that aren't even programming languages.
