I use this.

I've bought one for my HP Microserver Gen8, replaced the ODD with a small SSD for the OS. I also bought a floppy to SATA power converter.

Try expresscards. Don't expect them to be reliable though especially if it's not a known brand. It might not have that gold plating or have poor stuff and cause unreliable read/write or unintentional shorting.
