If they're looking then they're just after self-confirmation anyway, and they'll find it regardless of what youtube does in regards to hiding or removing antivax videos.
Probably the best thing Youtube could do is ensure that pro vax videos show up in at least equal numbers, and first, in anti vax videos so that people don't just get an echo chamber of conforming recommendations.
