Yes. The main character needs to watch TV without anyone knowing he's watching a TV (he knows he's under video surveillance), so he gets a tiny one and hides it inside a potato chip bag, like the above picture (except it's not sticking out the front). He's then able to watch TV while the people observing him think he's just eating a snack while doing his homework.
