Keep in mind CPU is also very important , everything is directly proportional.
I have 1070ti and is not enough for a 1440p monitor. For 1080p maybe, but saying 1060 is enough, they have no clue. You will play games, but not at 150fps and with all things maxed out.
I run apex at everything low and I barely make it to 130 fps @ 1440p
