My dad made me hold onto mine because he said it's an iconic calculator all the cool kids had when he was in college and that I could sell it to a collector one day. I ended up selling it on ebay for like $40 I think, that's all they were going for, if that's the model I think it is.

That's an old relic. I had the HP-28C, and then upgraded to the 28S. Cool calculator but by the mid 90s it was just too damn slow. Got an HP 48GX and still use it to this day with its pc connection lol.
